PICKLE HOUSE COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Robbinsville Pickle House Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

Responsibility & Compliance

All members, guests, and visitors are expected to familiarize themselves with and follow all current facility policies, procedures, and staff directives. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or loss of facility privileges.

Appropriate Conduct

Players and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the pickleball community. Profanity, disruptive behavior, aggressive actions, or conduct that interferes with another person’s enjoyment of the facility is not permitted.

Respect for Others

Every individual deserves to be treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect. We ask all members and guests to contribute positively to our community by demonstrating good sportsmanship, patience, and consideration both on and off the court.

Safety Expectations

The safety of our community is a top priority. Reckless behavior, misuse of equipment, or actions that place others at risk will not be tolerated.

Robbinsville Pickle House maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding paddle throwing. Throwing, slamming, or intentionally propelling a paddle or other equipment in anger or frustration creates an unsafe environment and may result in immediate removal from the facility, suspension, or permanent loss of facility privileges.

Harassment, Bullying & Discrimination

Robbinsville Pickle House maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive conduct of any kind.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical aggression or threats of violence
  • Verbal abuse, insults, or personal attacks
  • Harassing, intimidating, or bullying behavior
  • Discriminatory remarks or conduct based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic
  • Creating a hostile, offensive, or unsafe environment for others

Any such behavior may result in immediate removal from the facility and additional disciplinary action.

Enforcement

Management reserves the right to address any conduct that is inconsistent with these standards. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, consequences may include verbal warnings, written warnings, removal from programs or events, suspension, or termination of membership privileges.

Our goal is simple: create a fun, respectful, and safe environment where everyone can enjoy the game of pickleball.
