Memberships FAQ
How do I become a member?
You can become a member by signing up through our membership page on our website or through our mobile application.
What is the benefit of a membership?
Members enjoy open play at no additional cost, priority court reservations, discounted rates on clinics and private lessons, access to exclusive events, and complimentary guest passes. Membership also offers savings on The Pickle Shop purchases!
What are your membership renewal and cancellation policies?
Your membership will automatically renew for successive terms equal in length to the initial term unless canceled. Month-to-Month Plans: You may cancel with thirty (30) days’ notice before the next renewal date by emailing info@robbinsvillepicklehouse.com. Annual Plans: Cancellations are not permitted until the end of the annual term.
Can I pause my membership?
- Monthly membership pauses only. The billing cycle is not extended during the pause. In other words, the membership’s timeline remains the same, and it does not push the renewal date forward. While the membership is paused, any scheduled renewal dates are skipped, meaning no charges will be made. When the membership is un-paused, it resumes from the same point in the original billing cycle, with automatic renewal re-enabled. Cost $12 per month, up to 3 months.

NRP Rating
What is the NRP Rating?
The NRP Rating is an in-house player skill rating system used exclusively at Robbinsville Pickle House. It helps ensure fair and balanced matches by categorizing players based on their demonstrated skills, gameplay consistency, and overall performance in our facility’s events, open plays, and leagues.
Unlike national or standardized pickleball ratings, the NRP Rating is specific to our community and designed to reflect real-time player performance. Players may see their rating evolve as they participate in more games, allowing for accurate placement in skill-appropriate matchups and events.
What is the NRP Rating used for?
The NRP Rating is primarily used for Verified Open Play sessions at Robbinsville Pickle House. These sessions are designed to foster more competitive pickleball games by grouping players with similar skill levels.
By using the NRP Rating, we ensure:
- Balanced Matchups: Players are matched with others of comparable skill, creating a competitive yet enjoyable experience.
- Enhanced Gameplay: The focus remains on quality games where everyone can play at their best level.
- Skill Progression: Players can track their improvement as their NRP Rating evolves through participation in these sessions.
Verified Open Play sessions provide a structured environment for competitive pickleball while maintaining the fun and social aspects of the game.
How do I get rated?
Participate in Verified Open Play/NRP sessions, where you’ll engage in a series of drills designed to showcase your skills. During these sessions, our on-site pro will carefully evaluate your performance to establish your NRP Rating.
Does everyone need to be rated?
Both members and non-members must have an NRP Rating to participate in Verified Open Play sessions on the schedule. Verification is not required if you only plan to join Socials at the Pickle House.
