There’s always a game going on at The Pickle House!
Whether you’re here for a quick game or spending the whole day on the courts, there’s nothing quite like it.
What’s your favorite part about playing pickleball?
PICKLEBALL 101
Welcome to Pickleball 101, where we break down the basics of pickleball and help you build your game from the ground up.
First up: What is a dink?
A dink is a soft, controlled shot that lands in your opponent’s kitchen. It’s used to slow down the point, create opportunities, and force your opponent to make a difficult shot.
Think you’ve mastered the dink? What pickleball term should we break down next?
New week, new games. 😎
Happy Monday, Pickle House fam!!
Come get some games in and start your week the right way!

Today’s topic: NRP RATINGS. So, what are they?
NRP ratings help you find sessions and players that match your skill level. To receive an NRP rating, you’ll attend an NRP Verification Session, where a Pickle House Pro will evaluate your play and assign your rating.
NRP Ratings are coming up THIS WEEK, October 24th & 25th!
Want to get rated? Head to the Pickle House mobile app, filter by “Clinics,” and look for NRP Verification to sign up.
Have a question you want us to answer in our next Pickle House 101? Drop it in the comments!
Every game is a chance to work on something new!
What new shot did you learn this week? Or is there something you’ve been practicing and want to get a little more comfortable with?
Our Saturday Night Social is tonight from 6–9 PM, so come out, get some games in, and put that new shot to the test!
Book your spot on our mobile app.
